Hello, my name is Sham and I am the proud Managing Director of Trust In Care. For 15 years of my career I worked in various roles within the NHS, roles that focused on supporting people with long-term health conditions. I have been part of innovative projects involving service delivery through to management and through both professional and personal experience realised there are many challenges to face in Health and Social Care. My vision through Trust In Care is to create a family of carers that have the same passion and commitment as myself to supporting individuals in their time of need, making a positive difference to their lives and ensuring that the care and support delivered is meaningful and of a very high quality.

Hi, my name is Daljit Kaur Bains, I am the proud Registered Manager at Trust In Care. I’m a Yorkshire lass born and bred in Bradford and still have my northern accent. I’ve lived in Birmingham since 1985 and worked in the Health and Social Care profession for over 34 years. I have worked in various roles to support vulnerable people over the years. What I value most is to make sure the choices that people make are listened to and acted upon. In my role, I oversee all the operations and make sure all staff are comfortable in their roles and supported with their development. In my role, I get to apply what I’ve learnt over the years and I get to work with a brilliant care team that strive to make a positive difference to the lives of people we care for.

Safe: Making sure the people we care for feel safe is very important. To provide reassurance, all staff at Trust In Care undergo robust background checks and training to ensure you are safe. We carry out assessments of all aspects of your care and make sure that all risks are eliminated to keep you safe in the comfort of your own living environment.
Effective: The care we provide to you will be meaningful and centred to what you need and want. Our friendly team will carry out an assessment prior to the care starting and will tailor a care programme that is person centred.
Caring: Dignity and respect is always at the centre of care and support delivered. Trust In Care will deliver a consistent service to you and you will develop friendship and trust with your dedicated care team.
Responsive: We are proactive to address any issues or concerns as soon as they arise. With our on call system, there is always someone available to receive your calls and assist with all areas on your care.
