Ways care can be funded

Through your council

Your council can arrange a free care assessment. If you’re eligible, they may contribute to the cost — and you can usually still choose your own care provider.

Through the NHS

Where needs are mainly health-related, the NHS can sometimes fund care at home. It isn’t means-tested.

Benefits you may be missing

Benefits such as Attendance Allowance go unclaimed by many families simply because nobody told them.

Paying privately

Some families simply want to start now. We give you clear costs before you commit — no surprises on an invoice.
