Our team · Sandwell, Birmingham & Leicestershire
Home care is only ever as good as the person who walks through the door. Meet the carers and office team at Trust In Care — DBS-checked, trained, and chosen as much for their kindness as their skills.

The team
Behind every visit is a small office team in West Bromwich who plan the rotas, check on how things are going and pick up the phone when you need them. They are the people you will speak to first — and the ones who make sure nothing falls through the gaps.
Care coordination
Matching each person with the right carers, keeping visits consistent and adjusting quickly when needs change.
Quality & compliance
Regular spot checks, supervisions and reviews so the care we promised is the care that is delivered.
Training & support for carers
Inductions, shadowing shifts and ongoing training assistance — including Level 2 and 3 diplomas — with an open-door policy.
Meet the carers
Tap a carer to hear, in their own words, why they do what they do. Every carer is enhanced-DBS checked, fully inducted and shadowed before they ever work alone.

The people we support
Care happens in living rooms and bedrooms, not offices. With their kind permission, here are some of the people we support — and the carers who visit them.

1:1
Every person has their own care plan, written with them and their family — not a one-size-fits-all rota.
Same faces
We keep the same small group of carers with each person wherever we can, so trust can build.
Family too
We keep relatives informed and involved. Read what they say on our testimonials page.
